Terms and Conditions
All dogs should be fully vaccinated and microchipped and over 12 weeks of age (min 14 weeks for walks) * Dogs must be wearing a collar and ID tags during each visit by Doggy Decadence * Doggy Decadence highly recommend all dogs be up to date with worm and flea treatments and proof of vaccinations may be asked for * During summer months, lunchtime walks may be shortened, times amended where possible or visits adapted to garden playtime and brain games to avoid exercising dogs in extreme heat - especially flat faced or older dogs (options can be discussed with owners where needed) * During dog sitting, all clients must provide an emergency contact (especially if out of the UK) for a suitable person who can take over the dogs care, should there be a reason to do so * Clients agree to cover costs for illness/injury and or damage to property or belongings whilst dog(s) are in the care of Doggy Decadence * Clients agree to give veterinary details to Doggy Decadence, including insurance information should they be required in an emergency * Doggy Decadence need to be made aware of any health or behavioural issues prior to bookings * Doggy Decadence reserve the right to cancel future bookings should any dog show unpredicted/severe aggression * All bills to be settled within 7 days of invoicing, or sooner if stated and a 20% deposit is required to confirm dog sitting bookings of over 3 days * Clients are subject to charges for on the day cancellations or amendments to bookings * All walks are on a 1-2-1 basis and on-lead, or off lead in a private secure area * No personal data will be shared with third parties, unless with prior consent * Clients agree for Doggy Decadence to use dogs photos for social media purposes (no personal information or locations are used in any posts) if you'd rather this didn't happen for any reason, please let me know at initial meeting * Clients agree for Doggy Decadence to access property for confirmed bookings * If clients keys are to be retained, they will be kept in a locked key box when not in use * Clients may be asked to cover extra mileage costs should dog(s) require regular transport, or are located outside a reasonable distance (this will be discussed at initial meeting) * By confirming bookings you agree to the above T&C's

A few things to know
Every dog is important and their individual needs are always considered. I have years of rescue experience and am happy to deal with issues such as dog reactivity and nervous aggression. Getting to know you sessions can be arranged for dogs that need a little bit more time or have some complex needs- extra visits may be subject to charges Quotes given on initial meet and invoiced for payments by Bank Transfer, PayPal or by pre arranged payment plans.
